Jude Tanaka

Jude spent ten years at a small biodynamic winery in the Willamette Valley before Nora poached him in 2021. He oversees the brewery's eight oak barrels — most of them retired from a Dundee Hills pinot producer — and decides which batches sit in oak and for how long. The clipboard on the cellar wall is his.
