Owen joined in 2022 from a craft cidery's QA lab. He calibrates the pH meters every Monday, runs the Tuesday taste panel, and keeps a running database of every batch's acidity, residual sugar, and carbonation. If a bottle ever leaves SCOBY, Owen has signed off on it twice.
