SCOBY is a one-room kombucha brewery in Portland. Six rotating flavors, oak-aged, low-sugar (under 5g), never pasteurized. We don't ship — we deliver, by van, within 100 miles.
Loose-leaf black + green, 20 lbs at a time, in a copper kettle.
